Glynn Purnell’s Friday Night Kitchen

Posted on Monday 3rd November 2014 @ 5:05 PM

On Friday 31st October, ICE productions worked closely with Cure Leukaemia, a charity that supports patients with blood cancer giving them the chance to trial new, potentially lifesaving drugs. ICE was very excited to be a part of this event providing live recording of the evening. There were 400 people at the dinner where Glynn Purnell entertained the audience with his live cooking skills on stage with fancy dishes such as pan-fried sea bass, braised shank of lamb and lemon and blackberry cheesecake (yummy!) which was served throughout the evening. Hosted by radio personalities Donna Alos and Phil Upton other celebrities included Darren Purse, former Birmingham City Football Club’s captain and Dougie Brown, Warwickshire County Cricket Club Director and more…

Well known brands such as Deloitte, Laurent-Perrier, Aston villa football club, University of Birmingham and many more have kindly sponsored this charity.
